Almond Mushroom Crunchy Kelp Noodles

This is a yummy delish dish. A crunchy, tasty and no calorie noodle is hard to believe.


  • 1 bag of Kelp noodles rinsed and cut into small strips


  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 3 white mushrooms


Mix all ingredients for sauce in your vitamix until creamy. Pour on top of noodles.

I like to serve the noodles on top of spinach and mixed dark leafy salad greens.
