This is a yummy delish dish. A crunchy, tasty noodle made from sea vegetables.
- 1 bag of Kelp noodles rinsed and cut into small strips
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 3 white mushrooms
Mix all ingredients for sauce in your vitamix until creamy. Pour on top of noodles.
I like to serve the noodles on top of spinach and mixed dark leafy salad greens.

Dinner or lunch: serve 1 cup on the side of grilled shrimp
Snack: 1 cup with chopsticks.
